About Wynn
Wynn “Biff” Sherman brings more than 40 years business management and marketing experience to his role as a Realtor for Equity Union. Biff’s professional background includes 23 years as owner and President of Aims Multimedia, a producer and distributor of educational and training films where he was involved with the company’s leasing of properties in Burbank, Van Nuys and Chatsworth. The company eventually sold to Discovery Communications. For the past nine years, Biff has been owner and CEO of Global Business Centers in Beverly Hills, a provider of short and long term office space to businesses. In this role, he has been directly involved with the sale of office space to tenants as well as lease negotiation and securing of office space at the company’s location in the heart of Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle. Biff has been an owner and investor in commercial and industrial real estate properties in several states across the country. He is married with four grown children and three grandchildren. Biff is a graduate of Pomona College and Stanford Graduate School of Business. He formerly was a professional baseball player in the Detroit Tigers organization.
