About Cindy
Cindy Nexon specializes in representing residential real estate properties throughout the San Fernando and Conejo Valleys as well as surrounding areas. She has significant expertise working in the Calabasas, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and Agoura Hills neighborhoods, but is comfortable in much of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Cindy’s clientele comprises a wide mix of both first time and seasoned buyers and sellers. Her clients value her mission to meet and exceed their individual real estate needs and appreciate her honesty and integrity. As a result, much of Cindy’s business is generated from referrals and repeat clients.
Cindy is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), as well as a Senior Real Estate Consultant (SRES) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Designee (SFR). All are designations recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Having been an assistant manager of a real estate office, she has a unique knowledge of the technicalities of California real estate contracts. In addition, she has a vast knowledge about important local resources such as area schools, entertainment, shopping, parks, and more.
Prior to joining the real estate profession, Cindy worked in television production for many years as script supervisor on sitcoms such as Roseanne, Blossom, The Jeff Foxworthy Show, and many more. She holds a degree from the University of Maine.
A long time Southern California resident, originally from New England, Cindy and her husband have lived in the Agoura Hills area for over 30 years. They have adult twins, who went through the Las Virgenes School District and still live nearby. Cindy has participated in the Avon Walk for Breast cancer six times, a two-day, 39 mile walk to raise money for the cause. She has raised more than $16,000 over the years. She currently volunteers with Manna of the Conejo Valley, a local food bank.
