About Tonia
With more than 12 years of experience as a Realtor, Tonia Arey brings local knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a deeply personal approach to every client relationship. A longtime resident of the Los Angeles area, Tonia grew up in the San Fernando Valley and now calls Calabasas home. Her firsthand understanding of the region’s communities, neighborhoods, and evolving real estate market allows her to guide clients with insight and confidence.
Tonia recently stepped away from real estate to run for the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. While campaigning, she traveled throughout the county, listening to residents, business owners, and community leaders. The experience gave her an even greater appreciation for the importance of safe, strong, and vibrant neighborhoods—and reinforced her belief that real estate is about much more than buying or selling property. It is about helping people build stability, create opportunity, and find a place where they truly feel at home.
